I shoot primarily 35mm film for my fine art work. I find that I’m drawn back to the way I used to shoot. I still get excited when I see a box of Ilford FP4. While I learned black and white film and developing (still love that chemical smell) at a young age I’m drawn now to the beautiful textures and subtle grain of color film again. To me this medium is intimate. It makes me slow down and really see my subject which is what drew me to photography in the first place.
In every stage of life there are beautiful moments. I see motherhood as noble, childhood as precious, and family as the connection which makes us whole. I artfully record these moments while providing a custom experience in the art of preserving your cherished family memories through heirloom quality albums and wall art.
